Councilwoman Ana Sandoval

May 20, 2019

I am so thankful to Ana and her staff, she was an absolute delight, someone ive been wanting to meet since her first election, she’s a fascinating person, so smart and confident, kind and genuine. Someone who i am glad took the step into public service we need more people of her caliber in office. This episode was recorded at the Maverick Branch public library.

“Ana Sandoval is a product of San Antonio’s District 7. After graduating from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1993, Ms. Sandoval went on to obtain a B.S. from MIT in Chemical Engineering, M.S. at Stanford University in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master’s in Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health. As a Fulbright Scholar in 1997-1998, she also obtained a Diplomado in Binational Business from the ITAM in Mexico City”

Another huge thank you to Jonathan Guajardo, Editor in Chief of the San Antonio Sentinel who came to help document the show. Jonathan is a friend, and someone who i highly respect and one who’s work i cant recommend enough. We met many years ago through Dr Joey Lopez who, by the way is also an incredibly kind and genuine person who along with his wonderful wife Corina, have personally taught me so much and if they’re reading this, i want you on the show soon please!

So without further ado, Councilwoman Ana Sandoval.

Its been a few years since my last episode!

I still have a lot going on though, still at my restaurant, Sabor! Cocina Mexicana,

Still been on the air

sort of

I am now part of/produce a wrestling show called Tacos and Tapouts . A show that i am incredibly proud of and has grown in to a beast all its own.

This show though is my baby, I love doing it and, i have neglected it in favor of other, more profitable, ventures.

So where does that leave us now?

I will continue to produce other podcasts/shows, and continue working and growing my restaurant, but i will now take personal time to make sure i do this show more often, because it truly brings me joy to sit down and converse with all this wonderful human beings,
